Palangka Raya City, as one of the provincial capitals in Indonesia, which has an area around 2,400,000 km2, is a strategic city service and distribution hub for industrial, trade, government education sectors. Regional Policy with existence development plan City implementation space all disadvantages its designation resulting pattern urban land types fact not evenly distributed throughout city. This research was conducted based on results observations made several Marketing Agents Palangkaraya Region, included 5 districts where survey obtained marketing agents KPR housing aim facilitating purchase housing. The purpose this study to design decision support system that used loans area. Based been done, it expected recommendation best value can be purchase. designed AHP SAW methods help prospective residents determine house desired criteria.
